This was my second stay but probably the last one. The staff was very polite and well behaved. Always coming to your rescue whenever help is needed. However, the amenities have deteriorated over time. The bathroom flush is broken, half the electric sockets won't work, electric kettle lid was broken. The worse thing is the crowd that comes to stay are subpar, breaking the utilities, trashy behaviour and foul language. I feel pity for the staff who continually work to keep the hotel clean but I feel they are already burdened. Second day of my stay, pool remains closed from 12.30 to 3.30 even though I am paying for the amenities. Reason private pool party, that too full of 40 to 50 year old men dancing and fooling with 4 to 5 young girls half their age probably hired to please them. On our last day of stay, the electric wires were short circuited and full of smoke while we were out of electricity for more than 2 hours. Lastly, we could not sleep for two nights consecutively due to so called corporate party going on in halls with hired girls and bhojpuri lusty songs that made our family visit like a tour to some Playboy mansion.

The rooms were ok I think it's a bit overpriced. I wanted to book Sea facing but got confused with the side Sea facing so was disappointed. Staff behaviour is very good. Breakfast excellent. Location good.

good place, very clean,rooms are spacious,swimming pool is clean,maintained...love the premium rooms..

Location, food, services etc are very good. but maintenance of property is very poor. window's lock is broken. one light is not working etc.

Food is very bad quality, unhygienic, A/C was not working properly. No doctor on call. Dampness was there at walls.

Rooms are damp, unclean. Check out is strictly 9:30 which at least should be 10:30. Breakfast service is very poor. Not recommended at all

Very good ambiance and food . Staffs are very helpful. Good security and room service. Location is very near to sea beach

I have a terrible experience staying in hotel Sea and Sand in Digha . In my lunch l found small dead cockroach in my fish curry and when l called them and show the cockroach nobody from the hotel management committee apologies for the incident. Then later on l found the kitchen is full of cockroaches . Very unhealthy kitchen. In the swimming pool also boys are spitting and there is no supervision for that . So we could not use the swimming pool also . We have taken sea view room. The room is ok and clean . Sharing photos of cockroach in food
